A flower order for Kelson can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Boulcott's Farm NZ Wars memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Ash Wall is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Address details for Harbour View should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you cannot visit a guest at Angus Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. The location listed for Angus Inn is Cornwall Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Saint Oran's College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Raphael House Rudolf Steiner Area School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at St Matthew's Anglican Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Pōmare should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Taita Lawn Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at Nando's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
