Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Waitaki Valley School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Waitaki Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If flowers are going to Hakataramea Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
