Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Marahau. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If the recipient is staying at Ocean view chalets, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address given for Ocean view chalets is Sandy Bay - Marahau Road 305; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Beached Whale needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
