You do not need to be in Merivale to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Tauranga war memorial gates in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Te Ranga NZ Wars memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When entering an address in Te Ranga, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Grace Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a patient at Bay Radiology, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. If you are sending flowers to someone at Grace Orthopaedic Centre, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For an order addressed to Grace Hospital, the listed location is Cheyne Road 281; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Clarence Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Loft 109 Backpackers Hostel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Flowers for a service at Bay of Plenty Masonic Centre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Lighthouse Church on the Hill, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Saint George's Anglican Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Quest Tauranga Central, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending a tribute to Tauranga Anglican Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Oscar & Otto needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A delivery for Aquinas College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
