Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Casal Fetal, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Bairro Social, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending flowers to Escola Primária, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Igreja Matriz de Atouguia da Baleia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja da Nossa Senhora da Conceição, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja de Geraldes, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Neptuno can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before placing a workplace order for Junta de Freguesia de Olho Marinho, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the recipient’s address is in Bairro de Santa Maria, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Cemitério da Roliça, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at TriBeCa, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
