You can send flowers to someone in Fao even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Ofir should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are sending to a guest of Estalagem Parque do Rio, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Básica de Fão, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escola Profissional de Esposende, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz de Fão, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Bonança, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela do Bom Jesus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Axis Ofir Beach Resort Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a tribute intended for Cemitério de Fão, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at A Lareira, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
