At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Same-day orders for Bangkok Yai close at 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Bang Khun Phrom, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check that Pullman Bangkok Hotel G can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The listed address for Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri is Soi Mahatlek - Luang 1, Ratchadamri Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan 153/2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at The Bangkok School for The blind, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Patumwan Demonstration School, Srinakharinwirot University? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Rachawinit School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Wat Phra Kaew, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Holy Rosary Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Wat Bowon Niwet Ratchaworawihan are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Somdech Phra Pinklao Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the destination is in Khlong Khwang, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending a tribute to Bangkok Protestant Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sirocco, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When the recipient is at Huachiew TCM, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Thian Fah Foundation Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
