The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Bobae.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. You will find Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri listed at Soi Mahatlek - Luang 1, Ratchadamri Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan 153/2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to The Bangkok School for The blind, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Patumwan Demonstration School, Srinakharinwirot University? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Rachawinit School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Wat Phra Kaew are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Holy Rosary Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Wat Bowon Niwet Ratchaworawihan, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Somdech Phra Pinklao Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Address flowers for someone at Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Don Kuson Phatthana, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If flowers are going to Bangkok Protestant Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Sirocco, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A flower order for a recipient at Huachiew TCM needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Check with the ward at Thian Fah Foundation Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
