Send your flower order for Bellaterra online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Columnes de Bellaterra are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Creu de Coll Favà in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Can Puiggener, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode. For a Spanish address, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
For a recipient at Cruz Roja Sabadell, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. For a patient at Centre de Prevenció i Rehabilitació Asepeyo, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Check with Eurostars Executive before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for ibis, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Eurostars Barberà Parc should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Eurostars Executive has a listed address of Carrer de Marie Curie 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Amadeu Vives, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Miquel Martí i Pol, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Institut Jaume Mimó is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital General de Catalunya, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone working at Ajuntament de Ripollet, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Gràcia.
If the delivery address is Tanatori de Cerdanyola del Vallès, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. If flowers are going to Cementiri de Collserola, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at UAB BAR by Dumas, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
