Flower Delivery in Madrid

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Carlos III, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.

An order for a staff member at International Olive Council should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Barajas.

Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Tanatorio M-30, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Cementerio Sacramental de San Justo, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.

For a table booked at DiverXO, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
