You do not need to be in Palencia to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Esclusas del Canal de Castilla in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Palencia. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When the destination is in Allende el Río, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address. When checking a Spanish destination address, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
Check with the ward at Hospital Recoletas Palencia before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Hospital Recoletas Palencia is listed at Avenida Simón Nieto 31,34; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Eurostars Diana Palace, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Alda Centro Palencia should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that Hotel Castilla Vieja can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The street address listed for Eurostars Diana Palace is Avenida de Santander 12; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Santo Domingo de Guzmán? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at EEI Miguel de Unamuno, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Colegio de Villandrando, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Intervención Delegada de la Junta de Castilla y León en Palencia, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Pan y Guindas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Tanatorio Funecervera, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Parque de La Carcavilla, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Asador Villa de Frómista, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
