The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Lechang Shi. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Changlaijie, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Lechang No.1 Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lechang No.5 Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Lechang Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Lechang People's Government, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Where the delivery address includes Chengbei, retain the locality when filling in the order.
