When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn Express Luoyang City Center, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Thank you inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Luoyang Experimental Senior High School;Luoyang No.15 Senior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Luoyang No.1 Senior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Luoyang No.12 Senior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Guanlin Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Xiangshan Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Holiday Inn Express LUOYANG LONGMEN by IHG can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Luoyang Hospital of TCM, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order addressed to Luoyang Radio and TV Center should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For someone in Fengli, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
