Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in El Congolo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Monumento El Viajero is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Monumento a los Ferrocarriles de Colombia in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in El Congolo is 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Consota, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Álamos del Parque, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Apartasuites 21 A, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For a guest at Casa Campestre El Edén, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. You will find Hotel Álamos del Parque listed at Calle 13 24 139; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Institución Educativa Leningrado, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Instituto Psicopedagogico Harvard? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Fundación CINDES, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at IPUC Cuba Central, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at IPUC La Villa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at La Inmaculada Concepción, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Centro de Salud Villa Consota before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For a recipient at Cooperativa de Caficultores de Risaralda, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gamma V.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Byte, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Use the hospital’s full address for IPS ESE Salud Pereira - Puesto de Salud Morelia, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
A flower order for a recipient at Hospital Mental Universitario de Risaralda needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
