The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Ko Yao. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Baan Anattaya, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Dan's Ko Yao Retreat DKR should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For flowers addressed to a guest at Niramaya Villa & Wellness, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The address for Baan Anattaya is given as M.1, Koh Yao, Pnang Nga, Ko Yao Noi, 82160, Thailand 21/1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Mina's Cooking Class, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Sawasdee Kohyao needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
