The same-day ordering cutoff in Wang Nuea is 14:00, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For a delivery to a teacher at Saint Maria Lampang School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Wang Nuea School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Wangnua Wittaya School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Jao Mae Si Ngam shime, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Jao Por Sua shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Wat Ban Ko, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Wang Nuea Riverside Resort & Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order for a staff member at Wangnuea Township Municipality Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Local Thai Food, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
