You do not need to be in Aspen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Aspen close at 12:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The St. Regis Aspen Resort, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at W Aspen, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Gravity Haus Aspen, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The street address listed for The St. Regis Aspen Resort is East Dean Street 315; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Aspen School District, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Saint Mary Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Christ Episcopal Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Christian Science Society, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Aspen City Hall with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A tribute addressed to Ute Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Little Ollie's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
