Send your flower order for Castile online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as First New York Dragoons Volunteers Civil War Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Castile. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Sending flowers to someone at Letchworth Central High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Castile United Church of Christ are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Town of Castile should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If flowers are going to Elmwood Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
