For a recipient in Galax, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Galax is 12:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in West Galax, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hampton Inn Galax, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Hampton Inn Galax has a listed address of Cranberry Road 205; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Galax Middle and High Schools is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Felts Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Galax Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at First Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Galax Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as New River SWCD, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If flowers are going to Felts Memorial Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Applebee's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
