Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Jal. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in General Camp.
If the recipient is staying at Corporate Hospitality Housing - Jal, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check that Jal Lodge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. East Wyoming Avenue 702 is the listed address of Corporate Hospitality Housing - Jal; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Church of God, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at First Baptist Church of Jal, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Jal City Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in HillCrest, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at D-Bar Cafe, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
