Send flowers to Hanyu from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Kami-iwase, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a service at Sengenji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Washinomiya Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of HOTEL GRANTIA Hanyu SPA RESORT, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the recipient’s address is in Shimo-iwase, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bamiyan, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
