Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Koshigaya. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Koshigaya is 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Nojima, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Koshigaya Heartful Clinic, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. A flower order for a recipient at Minami Koshigaya Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hirakata Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kita Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Koshigaya Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Baitul Aman Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Juntendo Koshigaya Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before placing a workplace order for Health Maintenance Center, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Karayama, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
