Flower Delivery in Miyashiro — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Miyashiro

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Miyashiro Town Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Kasahara 1-chome, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Central restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
