Send your flower order for Nasu online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Nasu is 12:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Ashino should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a guest at TOWAピュアコテージ, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at 那須高原VOLPE, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a service at Bella la Coeur, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that THE KEY HIGHLAND NASU can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the destination is in Inazawa, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Nasu No Megumi Mekke, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
