Send your flower order for Shimogo online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Shimogo, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. An address in Ōaza-ōchi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Shimizuya Ryokan, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Mikadoya, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a table booked at Honke Tamaya, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
