Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Lomanthang. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Potala, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For a guest at Royal Mustang Resort, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at Choede Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Lo Garphu Monastery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Lo Niphu Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Mandala before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a recipient at Nepal Immigration Office Korala Border, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lotus Hotel, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
