Flower Delivery in Thasang — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Thasang

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Himalayan Paradise, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at High Plains Inn & Dutch Bakery, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
