Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ockero. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Bergagården.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to ÖMC Kurshotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Öckerö Seglande Gymnasieskola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Björkö Skola? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Brattebergsskolan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Hönö kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Öckerö gamla kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Björkö kyrka are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Västerhav Hotell & Konferens? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For flowers addressed to someone at Öckerö kommunhus, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Bustaden, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute intended for Öckerö kyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hälsö Brygga, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
