Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tumlehed. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Tumlehed is 14:00, local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Andalen.
Check that Torslanda Hotel Apartment can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for Nordlyckeskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Noleredsskolan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Skutehagsskolan F-6, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Amhults kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Torslanda kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Björkö kyrka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Torslanda Studios, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Where the delivery address includes Hällsvik, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at San Remo, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
