Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Casterton without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Boer War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Casterton War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Casterton is 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Casterton Memorial Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Casterton Memorial Hospital is listed at Russell Street 63–69; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Casterton Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Sacred Heart Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Casterton Secondary College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Albion Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
An order addressed to Town Hall\Shire Office\Library should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Before sending a tribute to Casterton Old Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
