Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Malmsbury. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. The Viaduct 1860 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Yellow Stringybark in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Malmsbury is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Before sending flowers to Malmsbury Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Parkville College Malmsbury Campus, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Saint Johns, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Town Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at The Stables, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
