You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Newcastle online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by James Fletcher Statue in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. RAAF Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Newcastle, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Little National Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to QT Newcastle? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Cooks Hill Campus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Samaritans Early Learning Centre is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Novotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to a workplace such as Centrelink, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Customs House Hotel needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
