You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can order flowers for Penrith online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Penrith Roll Of Honour are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Explorer's Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Lemongrove, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to Pullman? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Astina Suites, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Penrith High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Penrith Public School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Wadangali Public School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at St Nicholas of Myra Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Penrith Anglican Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Penrith Presbyterian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Mercure, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For flowers addressed to someone at Centrelink, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Thornton, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Simplicity Funerals, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Italian Street Kitchen, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
