For a recipient in Sarina, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Cane Toad are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Where the delivery address includes Dawlish, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to Tramway Motel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Swayneville State School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Sarina State High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Sarina State Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at New Life Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Sarina Christian Family Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St Luke's Anglican Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Sarina Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the recipient’s address is in Mount Convenient, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hideaway Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
