Flower Delivery in Gotzens

You do not need to be in Gotzens to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Kriegerdenkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Pfarrer Otto Neururer 1882–1940 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Edelweiß, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Gemeindeamt Götzens, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Götzner Alm, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
