More About Flower Delivery in Kappl

How to Order Flowers for Kappl

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.

Sending Flowers to Hotels in Kappl

For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Alpina, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Before ordering for a guest at Sunshine Superior, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Auhof, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Hotel Alpina has a listed address of Holdernacher Au 294; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Kappl

For a delivery to a teacher at Mittelschule Paznaun, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Volksschule Kappl is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Kappl

For a service at Pfarrkirche zum heiligen Antonius, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at DiasAlpe Kapelle, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Ruhesteinkapelle, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Kappl — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kappl

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Kappl, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Luis Dinner, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
