Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Bende

When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Sainte-Madeleine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Grotte de Lourdes are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Notre Dame de la Paix, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Bende — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bende

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

If flowers are going to Cimetière de Jenneret, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
