Flower Delivery in Eupen

You do not need to be in Eupen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Kriegerdenkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

If the service takes place at Sankt Nikolaus Pfarrkirche, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kapelle St. Johannes der Täufer (Bergkapelle), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Eupen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Eupen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Jugendgerichtsdienst der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Unterstadt should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Lunch Garden, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
