Sending Flowers to Schools in Bonou

For a delivery to a teacher at EPP Fonly, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to EPP Yago, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bonou

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at 3 Poteaux should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at 2 HOUNNONTIN NORBERT, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Akpénamihoué should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
