You do not need to be in Patacamaya to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Santa Elenita, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Pensión América, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Técnico Industrial? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at U.E. Colegio German Bush, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Unidad Educativa Cuba, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Capilla San Martin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Parroquia Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Parroquia de Chusicani, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hostal Viña del Mar? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hospital Boliviano Español Patacamaya, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at Aduana Nacional, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at "Patio de comidas", ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
