Before sending flowers to Colégio Potência, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Queluz

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Carumbé, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

A flower order for a recipient at Hospital São Vicente de Paulo needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Cartório Eleitoral should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Lourdes, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Bravissima needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
