You can send flowers to someone in Resende even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Baixada da Olaria, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to a patient at Hospital Veterinário Agulhas Negras calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. A flower order for a recipient at Hospital Municipal Henrique Sergio Gregori needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check with the ward at Unidade de Pronto Atendimento UPA before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. For an order addressed to Hospital Veterinário Agulhas Negras, the listed location is Avenida General Fonseca 48; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Insituto São José - Salesiano, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escola Doutor João Maia is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Anglo Americano? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Comunidade Nossa Senhora da Paz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja Católica São José Operário, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja Petencostal Cristo é a Resposta, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Forum da Justiça Estadual (novo), include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Mirante das Agulhas, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Celeiro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
