Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Before ordering for a guest at The Ashwood Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with The Little Inn of Bayfield before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at The Albion Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address for The Ashwood Inn is given as Bayfield River Road 34777; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Knox Presbyterien Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Saint Andrew's United Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Trinity Saint James Anglican Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at 1851 Bayfield Landing, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
