Flower Delivery in Magog — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Magog

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Versō Hôtel-Boutique, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a recipient at Hôpital de Magog, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Service Canada, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Chérive, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Complexe Funéraire Ledoux before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Cantine Chez Paul, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
