Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Otonabee - South Monaghan

For a service at Keene United Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Otonabee South Monaghan

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chef Basel Cuisine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
