Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Grand-Mère, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Centre ambulatoire du CSSS de l'Énergie, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Before sending to Centre ambulatoire du CSSS de l'Énergie - Centre d'hébergement Laflèche, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a patient at Hôpital du Centre-de-la-Mauricie, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address given for Centre ambulatoire du CSSS de l'Énergie is Avenue de Grand-Mère 1650; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Hôtel Marineau Shawinigan should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Comfort Inn & Suites, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Hôtel Énergie Shawinigan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When arranging flowers for Hôtel Marineau Shawinigan, note its listed address, Rue Hanna 2223; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Église Notre-Dame-de-la-Présentation, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Église de l'Assomption, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Service Canada, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the recipient’s address is in Lac-à-la-Tortue, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the delivery address is Comp Funéraire Pellerin, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
A delivery for École secondaire Val-Mauricie is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École secondaire du Rocher, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
