Flower Delivery in Copequen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Copequen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Address flowers for someone at Ilustre Municipalidad de Doñihue with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in El Arrayán, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Centro Molen, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
