You do not need to be in La Palmera to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in La Palmera, place your order before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Alturas.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Alojamiento Laberinto, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Cabinas Descanso del Lago, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Hotel Rancho Huetar before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Alojamiento Laberinto is listed at Corredor Noratlántico; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Colegio San Francisco de la Palmera is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Calle Damas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escuela Concepción, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Iglesia de Concepción, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia de La Marina, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Iglesia de La Unión, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone in El Dorado, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Palenque Huetar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
