You do not need to be in Potrero Grande to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. An address in Barrio El Cañal should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery for Escuela Antillas Neerlandesas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Boca de Limón, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Las Vueltas? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Mano de Tigre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Clavera, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de La Lucha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Asociación de Desarrollo Integral de la Reserva Indígena Teribe de Térraba, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For someone in Barrio La Torre, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Chacon's Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
