Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Zapotal. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Zapotal close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in La Leona, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Abraham Farah Mata? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Camaronal, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela La Soledad, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia Camaronal, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Iglesia de San Martín, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia de San Pedro, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Yiya's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
